Reception Manager – Wavehouse

Reception Manager at Wavehouse will be responsible for delivering five‑star customer service to guests, greeting them with a smile and creating memorable dining experiences. The role involves building strong relationships with hotel guests, local residents and regulars, acting as a sales ambassador to encourage repeat business and capture new customers. You will communicate special requests to the restaurant management team and contribute to a luxury, personalized service. The position requires immaculate presentation and exceptional communication skills, working closely with PR and marketing to promote upcoming events, initiatives and promotions. The successful candidate should have a clear passion for the food‑and‑beverage industry, guest experience and a willingness to learn in a supportive yet disciplined environment. Minimum 2‑3 years’ experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or restaurant is required, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Flexible working hours are expected.
