Receptionist – Customer Reception Host (UAE National)

About the role

The Customer Reception Host is the first point of contact for visitors at Al Futtaim Motors. You will ensure every guest receives a warm welcome, is guided to the right department, and enjoys a seamless experience from entry to exit.

Key responsibilities

• Greet all customers warmly and maintain a 100% performance score.
• Identify the purpose of each visit and direct guests to the appropriate department.
• Escort customers with appointments to the correct Service Advisor.
• Provide a courteous send‑off to departing customers.
• Raise and promptly escalate any customer complaints to the Reception Manager.
• Answer incoming calls, schedule or reschedule appointments in coordination with the Customer Engagement Contact Centre.
• Support the full customer journey and address health‑and‑safety issues.
• Manage the complaint cycle, follow up on no‑shows, and handle electronic Vehicle Health Checks (eVHC).

Required profile

• High School Diploma.
• 2–3 years of experience in customer service or front‑desk roles.
• Strong planning, organizing and multitasking abilities.
• Proven capability in handling customer interactions and managing complaints.
