About the role
The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients and callers, representing the organisation’s professionalism and commitment to excellent service. This full‑time position supports daily operations by maintaining a welcoming front‑desk environment and providing essential administrative assistance.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly, professional manner.
- Answer, screen and direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain the visitor registry and ensure accurate record‑keeping.
- Receive and forward supplier invoices, delivery notes and purchase orders.
- Support the help desk by organizing staff documents and preparing client submittals.
- Enter and manage personnel data for site access approvals.
- Keep the reception area tidy and ensure a safe workplace environment.
- Provide general administrative support as needed, including scheduling appointments and handling correspondence.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar front‑desk or customer‑facing role within a corporate setting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook.
- Familiarity with office management software.
