About the role
We are looking for a professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our Real Estate office in Abu Dhabi. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys welcoming visitors and keeping the front office organized.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional manner
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries
- Coordinate appointments and meeting‑room bookings
- Maintain reception area standards and overall office presentation
- Support the team with basic administrative and coordination tasks
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
Required profile
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Professional demeanor and strong customer‑service attitude
- No prior Real Estate experience required
