Receptionist – Healthcare & Patient Services

About the role

We are seeking a polished, customer‑focused Receptionist to join a leading luxury aesthetic clinic in Dubai. As the first point of contact, you will create a welcoming atmosphere and support patients throughout their journey.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome patients and visitors professionally, ensuring an exceptional first impression.
• Manage appointments, patient registrations, and walk‑in enquiries efficiently.
• Handle billing, payments, and daily cash reconciliation accurately.
• Conduct patient follow‑ups and support general administrative activities.
• Coordinate with clinical teams to ensure a seamless patient experience.
• Maintain an organized reception area while delivering the highest standards of customer service.

Required profile

• Previous experience in an aesthetic clinic, healthcare, hospitality, luxury retail, or customer service environment (preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Professional appearance with strong interpersonal and customer service abilities.
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Positive, proactive, and service‑oriented attitude.
• Willingness to work full‑time on a 5‑day work week.
