Recreation Attendant – Luxury Hotel

About the role

Join the InterContinental Dubai Marina team as a Recreation Attendant, delivering warm and professional service to guests in a five‑star environment. You will be the first point of contact for guests using the hotel’s pool, gym, spa and other leisure facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests with a genuine smile and provide information on recreation facilities, spa services and wellness programmes.
• Maintain cleanliness and visual appeal of the pool, gym, spa, changing rooms and surrounding areas.
• Set up furniture, fitness equipment and poolside amenities as required.
• Restock and sanitize restrooms, changing rooms and shower areas, ensuring they are guest‑ready.
• Conduct regular walk‑throughs to identify and address cleanliness or maintenance issues.
• Distribute towels, water and other essentials while monitoring inventory levels.
• Report low stock, damages, hazards or equipment malfunctions to management promptly.
• Enforce safety protocols and monitor guest activity to ensure a safe environment.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 month experience in a hospitality or recreation setting.
• Friendly, proactive attitude with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.
