Recreation Experience Expert (Pool Attendant)

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and proactive Recreation Experience Expert to manage our pool and related leisure facilities at St. Regis Dubai. The role involves welcoming guests, ensuring safety, and delivering a memorable recreational experience in a luxury resort environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide information and guidance on all recreation facilities, including pool, beach, fitness centre, game‑room and children’s activities.
• Register, schedule and encourage guest participation in recreational programmes.
• Enforce safety rules, monitor activities and respond to emergencies according to local procedures.
• Deliver cashier services and process payments for equipment rentals, facility use and retail sales using point‑of‑sale systems.
• Assist with private functions and group events held in recreation areas.
• Support injured guests until emergency services arrive and report incidents to management.
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of facilities, equipment and supplies.
• Uphold company standards for appearance, confidentiality and asset protection.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 month experience in a hospitality or recreation setting.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to anticipate guest needs.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• CPR Certification
• First Aid Certification
• Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems
