About the role
The Recreation Experience Expert serves as a key resource for all recreation activities on the property, ensuring guests enjoy a safe and fun environment at the pool, beach, and other leisure facilities.
Key responsibilities
- Provide information about recreation facilities and encourage guest participation.
- Register, schedule, and promote recreation activities, maintaining a fun atmosphere.
- Enforce safety rules, monitor activities, and respond to emergencies according to procedures.
- Handle point‑of‑sale transactions, process payments for rentals, activities, and retail sales.
- Assist with private functions, group events, and support guests with disabilities.
- Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of facilities, equipment, and supplies.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work or supervisory experience required.
- CPR and First Aid certifications; any additional local recreation equipment certifications.
