About the role

Join Marriott Al Forsan as a Recreation Supervisor & Fitness Instructor, where you will design personalized fitness programs, guide guests in safe equipment use, and create a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere at the Al Forsan International Sports Resort.

Key responsibilities

• Assess guests' current fitness levels and develop tailored exercise plans.
• Provide fitness counseling and demonstrate correct equipment usage.
• Register, schedule, and promote recreation activities for guests.
• Monitor and report any equipment maintenance needs.
• Maintain supplies such as cups and water in the recreation area.
• Enforce facility rules and safety regulations.
• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, and employee coaching.
• Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions promptly.
• Process payments for rentals, activities, and retail sales.
• Deliver exceptional guest service, including assistance for guests with disabilities.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 month experience in a fitness or recreation environment.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean, professional appearance.
• Willingness to follow company policies, confidentiality standards, and safety procedures.
