Recruiter (Full-time, On-site)

About the role

MARE Properties L.L.C. is seeking a full-time Recruiter to join its Dubai office. The role will own the end-to-end hiring process for a variety of positions across the company, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for both hiring managers and candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define workforce needs and create accurate job descriptions.
• Source, screen and interview candidates across multiple channels.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system, ensuring data integrity.
• Coordinate interview schedules, selection decisions and offer negotiations.
• Oversee onboarding logistics and produce recruitment metrics reports.
• Support employer branding initiatives and ensure compliance with UAE labour regulations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, collaborating with managers, HR and leadership.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with a professional approach to interviewing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work on-site in Dubai and build inclusive candidate relationships.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Experience using job boards and professional networking platforms for candidate sourcing.
• Basic data reporting on hiring metrics.
