Recruiter / Senior Recruiter – Real Estate

About the role

Onelink Properties is seeking an experienced Recruiter or Senior Recruiter to lead the acquisition of top real‑estate talent in Dubai. You will be responsible for sourcing, headhunting, screening and shortlisting qualified agents and property consultants to support the company’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Source and headhunt experienced real‑estate agents through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, networking and direct outreach.
• Screen applications, conduct initial interviews and assess candidates on experience, communication, market knowledge and role fit.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Coordinate shortlisted profiles with the hiring team for further evaluation.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Consistently meet agreed sourcing and hiring targets.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably within the UAE real‑estate sector.
• Proven track record of sourcing and hiring real‑estate agents or property consultants.
• Strong headhunting, candidate‑mapping, screening and interviewing abilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
