Recruiter – UAE (Full‑time)

About the role

TRUE TALENT HR GROUP is looking for a dedicated Recruiter to join its UAE team on a full‑time basis. You will manage the end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle for a variety of positions across sectors such as construction, oil & gas, hospitality and more, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process for both clients and candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop accurate job descriptions.
• Source, screen and assess candidates using appropriate channels and tools.
• Conduct interviews, coordinate interview schedules and facilitate candidate selection.
• Maintain clear communication with clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Build and nurture a talent pool for current and future hiring requirements.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labour regulations and company recruitment policies.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques and candidate assessment.
• Experience creating job descriptions and coordinating interviews.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail, strong organisational abilities and capacity to manage multiple tasks.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Prior experience in overseas or bulk hiring is highly desirable.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
