Recruiting Manager – Dubai

About the role

Oliver Wyman is seeking an experienced Recruiting Manager to lead experienced‑hire and Partner recruitment across the Middle East from our Dubai office. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle, partner with senior leaders, and help shape the regional talent acquisition strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the experienced‑hire recruitment strategy in line with practice‑group and regional growth plans.
• Lead Partner recruitment, including market mapping, executive search, assessment and offer management.
• Provide talent market insights and workforce planning advice to senior stakeholders.
• Use data and analytics to monitor performance, identify opportunities and improve hiring outcomes.
• Manage multiple end‑to‑end searches focusing on senior and leadership roles.
• Design and implement innovative sourcing strategies across the Middle East.

Required profile

• 10+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in professional services or consulting.
• Proven ability to attract senior leaders and Partners.
• Strong stakeholder management and commercial acumen.
• Data‑driven mindset with experience leveraging recruitment metrics.
