Recruitment Consultant – IT & Non‑IT Recruitment

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to lead end‑to‑end hiring for both IT and non‑IT positions at our Dubai office. The role involves sourcing, screening, and closing candidates across a variety of functions while building strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer acceptance.
• Allocate approximately 60 % of time to IT roles and 40 % to non‑IT functions such as business, engineering, finance, and sales.
• Utilise LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, ATS and other channels to attract talent.
• Conduct candidate interviews, assessments and salary negotiations.
• Maintain multiple vacancy pipelines and ensure timely delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment or staffing.
• Strong background in IT recruitment; exposure to non‑IT corporate hiring is a plus.
• Fluent in Arabic and English with excellent communication skills.
• Target‑oriented, proactive and client‑focused attitude.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
