Recruitment Consultant

About the role

We are expanding our Technology Contract division across the GCC and are looking for a driven Recruitment Consultant to join our small but fast‑growing Dubai team. You will have the chance to build your own market, develop a contractor book and make a tangible impact on the business.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain client relationships throughout the GCC region.
• Generate new business through cold calls, meetings, LinkedIn outreach and referrals.
• Grow a specialist technology contractor pool in a high‑growth market.
• Source, screen and present technology contractors to clients.
• Manage conversations with both clients and candidates, negotiate terms and close deals.

Required profile

• Previous recruitment experience in any sector, preferably in a 360‑role.
• Commercially driven with confidence in business development.
• Motivated to build a market rather than simply manage an existing desk.
• Ambitious, money‑motivated and seeking long‑term progression.
