Recruitment Consultant – Technology Contracts (Dubai)

About the role

We are expanding our Technology Contract division across the GCC and are looking for a proactive Recruitment Consultant to join our Dubai office. You will have the chance to build your own market, develop a contractor book and make a tangible impact in a fast‑growing team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture client relationships throughout the GCC region.
• Generate new business through calls, meetings, LinkedIn outreach and referrals.
• Source specialist technology contractors and manage the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Conduct client and candidate conversations, negotiate terms and close offers.

Required profile

• Previous recruitment experience in any sector, preferably in a 360‑role.
• Commercially driven with a strong appetite for business development.
• Motivated by earnings, progression and long‑term ownership.
• Comfortable working in a small, high‑growth team.

Required skills

• Experience in full‑cycle recruitment (candidate sourcing, interviewing, placement).
