Recruitment & Customer Services Representative

About the role

Bardwood Management Consultancy is looking for a proactive Recruitment & Customer Services Representative to join its Operations Centre in Dubai. The role blends operational coordination with end‑to‑end recruitment support, ensuring smooth service delivery and talent acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor live operational activity across multiple contracts and sectors.
• Handle incidents, welfare concerns, and operational escalations.
• Manage employee attendance, book‑ons and coordinate with security officers.
• Respond to high volumes of operational calls, emails and requests, maintaining incident logs and audit records.
• Source, screen and interview candidates for operational and support roles.
• Maintain candidate pipelines, coordinate interviews and onboarding activities.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 + year experience in operations, recruitment, customer service or a control‑room environment.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities in a fast‑paced setting.
• Excellent communication skills for liaising with managers, clients and field operatives.
