Recruitment Delivery Consultant – High-Value Mandates

About the role

eMagine Solutions is seeking an agency‑trained Recruitment Delivery Consultant to lead high‑value mandates. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior hiring managers, delivering end‑to‑end recruitment solutions that go beyond simply providing CVs.

Key responsibilities

• Transform briefs into comprehensive search strategies, including role calibration, target company identification, talent pool mapping, and outreach planning.
• Manage full‑cycle delivery for executive search, specialist recruitment, and business‑critical hiring.
• Provide market intelligence to hiring managers, such as salary benchmarks, talent availability, notice periods, and realistic timelines.
• Build defensible shortlists using structured screening, evidence‑based assessment, competency‑focused interviewing, and clear candidate narratives.
• Oversee the entire candidate journey: headhunting, engagement, qualification, interview preparation, offer negotiation, reference checks, and onboarding support.
• Maintain high standards of candidate experience while ensuring speed and efficiency.
• Report on delivery metrics, including pipeline health, conversion ratios, time‑to‑fill, and ATS/CRM hygiene.

Required profile

• Proven agency recruitment experience with a track record of delivering senior, specialist, or hard‑to‑fill roles.
• Experience handling high‑level clients such as Directors, VPs, and C‑suite executives.
• Strong head‑hunting, passive sourcing, and talent pipelining capabilities.
• Consultative mindset able to challenge briefs, advise on trade‑offs, and align stakeholders with market realities.
• High attention to detail, strong process discipline, and commercial urgency.

Required skills

• Expertise in structured search methodology and candidate assessment.
• Ability to produce market mapping, salary benchmarking, and talent availability insights.
• Proficiency in managing ATS/CRM data hygiene and reporting.
