Recruitment Manager - Construction

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead our Talent Acquisition function within the construction sector. You will shape recruitment strategies, guide a dedicated team, and partner with senior leaders to deliver timely, high‑quality hires that meet business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the recruitment team, driving performance and continuous improvement.
• Design and implement recruitment strategies aligned with business and workforce plans.
• Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and provide effective solutions.
• Oversee the full end‑to‑end recruitment process, ensuring timely delivery of talent.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and diverse recruitment channels.
• Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and external partners.
• Monitor recruitment metrics, produce regular reports and market insights for the CHRO, and identify process enhancements.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and compliance with recruitment policies and UAE regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
• 8–12+ years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition, preferably in construction, engineering, contracting or infrastructure.
• Proven experience leading and managing a recruitment team.
• Strong stakeholder‑management skills and ability to partner with senior leadership.
• Experience in the UAE/GCC recruitment market is preferred.
• Deep knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing strategies, ATS/HRIS and recruitment analytics.
