Recruitment Manager – Construction

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead our Talent Acquisition function within the construction industry. The role will shape recruitment strategies, manage a dedicated team, and partner with senior leaders to deliver timely hiring aligned with business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the recruitment team, driving performance and continuous improvement.
• Design and implement recruitment strategies that match business and workforce requirements.
• Collaborate with senior management to understand hiring needs and provide effective solutions.
• Oversee end‑to‑end recruitment processes, ensuring timely delivery of requisitions.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through sourcing strategies and recruitment channels.
• Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and external partners.
• Monitor recruitment metrics, produce regular reports, and identify process enhancements.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and compliance with UAE recruitment regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or related field.
• 8–12+ years of recruitment/talent acquisition experience, preferably in construction, engineering, contracting or infrastructure.
• Proven experience leading and managing a recruitment team.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with senior leadership.
• Familiarity with the UAE/GCC recruitment market is preferred.

Required skills

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Knowledge of HR Information Systems (HRIS).
