Recruitment Manager

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Recruitment Manager to lead end-to-end hiring for a fast-growing international shipping and logistics company in Dubai. You will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, negotiating offers and onboarding talent across multiple departments.

Key responsibilities

• Drive full-cycle recruitment for various functions, ensuring timely and quality hires.
• Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, direct headhunting, networking and referrals.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to shape hiring strategies, workforce planning and employer branding.
• Oversee recruitment analytics, manage the ATS, monitor hiring KPIs and streamline recruitment operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 6 years of recruitment experience, including high-volume and strategic hiring.
• Highly organized, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to partner with leadership and drive hiring initiatives.
