Recruitment Manager

About the role

Our client, a leading FMCG business in Dubai, is seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to own end‑to‑end hiring across a wide range of functions. The role blends hands‑on candidate sourcing with the management of multiple external recruitment agencies.

Key responsibilities

• Drive full‑cycle recruitment for diverse roles, from briefing to offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
• Design and execute sourcing strategies using direct search, advertising, referrals and agency partnerships.
• Conduct proactive candidate sourcing and headhunting via LinkedIn, professional networks and talent databases.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Manage relationships with several recruitment agencies and external search partners, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Screen applications, conduct interviews and assessments, and provide hiring recommendations.
• Track recruitment metrics such as time‑to‑hire, pipeline health and agency performance.
• Provide market intelligence on talent availability, compensation trends and recruitment challenges.
• Continuously improve recruitment processes, sourcing channels and agency effectiveness.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Strong in‑house recruitment background, preferably in a large, fast‑paced organization.
• Experience managing multiple vacancies and recruitment campaigns simultaneously.
• Proven ability to source and headhunt candidates directly, without relying solely on agencies.
• Demonstrated success in managing several recruitment agencies and external search partners.
• Experience recruiting across various functions and seniority levels.
• Excellent stakeholder management, interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Highly organized, proactive and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
