Recruitment Manager – Revenue & Commercial

About the role

Etihad Airways is expanding its international network and needs a seasoned Recruitment Manager to lead talent acquisition for revenue and commercial functions. You will partner with senior leaders across multiple markets to attract and secure top commercial talent.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruitment for commercial roles, from workforce planning to onboarding.
• Partner with senior business leaders and HR Business Partners as a trusted talent advisor.
• Design and execute international sourcing strategies, building proactive pipelines.
• Leverage AI‑enabled sourcing platforms, recruitment technology and traditional channels to engage passive talent.
• Provide market intelligence on talent availability, competitor activity and alternative pools.
• Ensure consistent, objective assessment using Etihad’s recruitment methodologies.
• Champion a transparent, engaging candidate experience and represent Etihad in global talent markets.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a recruiter in large, international, matrixed organisations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi‑country hiring projects.
• Experience recruiting sales or commercially focused talent is highly valuable.
• Curiosity about how technology and AI are reshaping talent acquisition.

• Strong talent intelligence and market research capabilities.
