Recruitment Specialist Aviation

About the role

We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist with a strong background in the aviation sector to join our team in Dubai. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates for pilot, cabin crew, and aircraft engineering positions while ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with candidates, aviation contacts, and external partners.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, cold calling and emailing.
• Screen, shortlist and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and build positive client relationships.
• Own recruitment metrics, produce monthly reports and meet KPI targets.
• Facilitate and finalize employment agreements between candidates and the company.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of recruitment strategies.

Required profile

• Prior experience recruiting within the aviation industry, including pilots, cabin crew and aircraft engineers.
• Proven ability to meet recruitment KPIs and produce regular reporting.
• Strong stakeholder management and sales orientation.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
