Regional AdTech and Development Manager EM

About the role

We are looking for a senior professional to own the AdTech ecosystem across the Emerging Markets region. You will define technology standards, architecture and governance while ensuring markets adopt scalable, compliant and future‑proof solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain regional AdTech standards, architecture and governance.
• Act as the primary AdTech expert, advising markets and liaising with global teams, agencies and technology partners.
• Design, develop and integrate technical solutions, including tagging, tracking, consent management and data pipelines.
• Evaluate emerging AdTech and AI technologies to improve efficiency and media effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Media Intelligence and Digital teams to build robust reporting, measurement and attribution foundations.
• Provide technical guidance for complex market implementations and troubleshoot adoption challenges.
• Manage strategic relationships with AdTech vendors and ensure access to best‑in‑class technologies.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in Marketing Technology, AdTech, Digital Engineering or MarTech.
• Deep expertise in enterprise‑scale media ecosystems and AdTech architecture.
• Hands‑on software development experience (Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL or similar).
• Strong understanding of digital media measurement tools such as GA4, GMP, CM360, DV360, Meta and TikTok.
• Experience with cloud platforms, APIs, server‑side integrations and modern development practices.
