Regional Commercial Manager Middle East (Fine Jewellery)

About the role

We are recruiting a Regional Commercial Manager for the Middle East on behalf of an established international fine jewellery house. Based in the UAE, the role will oversee commercial development across key markets in the region, requiring regular travel and fluency in Arabic and English.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor sales and commercial performance across the territory, analyse trends and contribute to annual budgets, forecasts and regional business plans.
• Develop market‑specific plans, identify new commercial opportunities and build business cases for growth.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the luxury landscape, client behaviour and competitor activity to inform strategy.
• Build and manage relationships with local partners, stakeholders and senior executives across diverse business cultures.
• Provide product and market intelligence, feeding feedback to regional and international teams.
• Collaborate with Retail, Marketing, CRM, Merchandising, Finance, Operations and Supply Chain to align regional initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven commercial experience in fine jewellery, watches or high‑end luxury, preferably in a regional or multi‑market role.
• Demonstrated experience across several Middle Eastern countries and ability to travel regularly.
• Strong understanding of luxury client expectations, VIP and UHNW segments.
• Excellent stakeholder‑management and communication skills, with fluency in Arabic and English.
