Regional Communications Executive

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Regional Communications Executive to join our MEIA Communications team in Dubai. You will lead the execution of digital communications initiatives across more than 15 markets, driving brand visibility and engagement through social media, content creation, influencer partnerships and agency coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and grow the regional social media presence on Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn, managing content calendars, publishing and performance monitoring.
• Plan, execute and oversee content shoots, producing high‑quality assets such as videos, articles, web copy and presentations.
• Develop integrated communication plans for regional campaigns, supporting media relations and corporate storytelling.
• Own influencer relationships, create toolkits and guidelines, and manage end‑to‑end influencer campaigns.
• Coordinate with external agencies and creative partners, ensuring deliverables meet brand standards, timelines and objectives.
• Support regional marketing events, sponsorships and branding initiatives, aligning all communications with company values and strategy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in communications, digital marketing or social media.
• Proven track record managing social media channels and digital content strategies.
• Experience working with agencies, influencers and cross‑functional stakeholders across multiple countries.
• Excellent written and verbal English; Arabic is a plus.
