Regional Facilities Manager

About the role

Richemont is seeking an experienced facilities professional to lead office maintenance and fit‑out initiatives across its MEIAT region. Based in Dubai, the role reports to regional leadership and ensures consistent, high‑standard facility services throughout the portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Own office maintenance standards across UAE, Saudi Arabia, India, Africa and Turkey.
• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of workplace fit‑out, renovation, commissioning and de‑commissioning projects.
• Implement and govern an Integrated Facility Management (IFM) model for a multi‑country portfolio.
• Manage contracts with IFM partners and suppliers, ensuring alignment with Richemont standards and SLAs.
• Deploy and adopt a ticketing tool to handle service requests and planned maintenance.
• Oversee budget, KPI tracking and performance reporting to senior management and Maisons.
• Ensure regulatory, sustainability, HSE and security compliance at all sites.
• Manage vendors and contractors to maintain service quality and cost efficiency.
• Build stakeholder relationships across Maisons, regional teams and Group leadership.
• Drive change management for seamless transition of projects into live operations.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of integrated facility management experience, including office fit‑out and renovation delivery.
• Proven track record managing multi‑site, regional operations within a complex matrix organization.
• Demonstrated experience implementing IFM models.
• Background in luxury retail or a comparable high‑standard environment.
• Strong contract and vendor management capabilities.
• Ability to work across multiple countries in the MEIAT region.
