Regional General Manager – Cybersecurity Services

About the role

The Regional General Manager will lead the Cybersecurity Services practice for the GCC, based in Dubai. Reporting to the global client, you will own the regional P&L, drive business development, and build a high‑performing technical team while cultivating C‑level relationships across government and private sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Full ownership of country‑level P&L, including revenue growth, margin improvement and cash performance.
• Define and execute the country strategy to achieve market penetration, competitive positioning and sales targets.
• Develop and manage partner and vendor relationships to ensure joint go‑to‑market success.
• Collaborate with regional operations teams to ensure operational excellence, demand planning, forecasting and budgeting.
• Lead, inspire and develop the local team, fostering a culture of trust, excellence and inclusion.

Required profile

• 8–10+ years of commercial leadership experience with P&L accountability.
• Proven track record growing markets in IT, cybersecurity or distribution sectors.
• Strong understanding of customer dynamics, partner ecosystems and local regulations.
• Fluent in English and the local market language.
• Excellent communicator with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
