Regional Growth Partnerships Manager – MENA

About the role

We are seeking a Regional Growth Partnerships Manager to lead the expansion of our partnership ecosystem across the MENA region (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Lebanon). The role is remote and operates under a service agreement/self‑employment model, focusing on building high‑potential relationships with Introducing Brokers, affiliates, and strategic distribution partners.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage high‑potential partners such as Introducing Brokers, affiliate partners, trading communities, and financial influencers.
• Leverage existing client portfolios and professional networks to create new partnership opportunities in fintech and financial trading.
• Build and manage a structured pipeline of regional partners, participating in local business communities and networking events.
• Represent the organisation within the regional financial and entrepreneurial landscape to enhance brand visibility.
• Present partnership models and revenue opportunities, structuring mutually beneficial collaboration agreements.
• Convert relationships into scalable affiliate structures and long‑term partnership frameworks.
• Generate net deposits and trading volume through partner networks while driving activation, engagement, and retention.
• Develop multi‑tier affiliate and Sub‑IB network structures to support sustainable ecosystem growth.
• Mentor emerging partnership leaders and provide market insights for global scaling strategies.

Required profile

• Professional working proficiency in English (C1) – both oral and written.
• Proven experience in business development, partnerships, or revenue‑generating commercial roles.
• Strong networking capabilities with an existing portfolio of clients, investors, or strategic partners.
• Demonstrated success in building and monetising relationship‑driven business opportunities.
• Experience expanding markets or developing partnership ecosystems.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently.
