Regional HR Lead – MENA

About the role

iHerb is seeking a Regional HR Lead for the MENA region to join its new Dubai headquarters. You will act as the primary HR partner for employees in the region, collaborating closely with the U.S. HR team to deliver seamless HR services and strategic guidance.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the central point of contact for the Dubai office, handling HR, policy, administrative, first‑line IT, and general office inquiries.
• Respond to employee HR questions, redirecting requests to the appropriate team members when necessary.
• Manage onboarding and off‑boarding processes, including new‑hire paperwork, I‑9 verification, and coordination with payroll, benefits, and IT.
• Provide advice on company policies, procedures, and documentation, and resolve policy‑related issues.
• Operate and maintain HR processes within Workday, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
• Ensure strict adherence to UAE labor regulations and support managers with strategic HR guidance.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in the MENA region.
• Proven expertise in employee relations, performance management, and HR business partnering.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and HR compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
