Regional HR Partner Lead Middle East

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic HR leader to drive people strategy across the Middle East. As the Regional HR Partner Lead you will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, ensuring organisational effectiveness and employee engagement throughout the region.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the regional HR Partner organisation across the Middle East.
• Advise senior leaders on organisational design, workforce planning, talent management, engagement and succession planning.
• Translate global HR initiatives into regional execution, taking local market dynamics into account.
• Oversee execution of HR processes, policies and programmes including integration, performance, rewards, mobility, DEI and learning.
• Drive organisational development and change‑management projects.
• Ensure compliance with local labour legislation and company policies.
• Manage complex employee‑relations matters and provide people insights based on workforce metrics.
• Collaborate with regional HR teams, Global HRBPs and functional HR partners.

Required profile

• Significant HR leadership experience in an international environment.
• Proven track record as a trusted advisor to senior leaders in complex organisations.
• Strong business acumen and results‑oriented mindset.
• In‑depth knowledge of Middle Eastern labour legislation and employment practices.
• Experience leading and developing HR teams and driving organisational transformation.
• Excellent stakeholder management, influencing and cross‑cultural communication skills.
• Willingness to travel 20‑40 % of the time.
• Preferred experience in technology, engineering, logistics, manufacturing or industrial sectors.
