Regional Manager – Abu Dhabi

About the role

The Regional Manager will lead the performance of Bounce’s Abu Dhabi venues, ensuring the delivery of the company’s mission while driving revenue, customer satisfaction and safety. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will be the primary point of contact for all operational matters across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of all Abu Dhabi venues, managing revenue, NPS, labour costs, safety metrics and tribe engagement.
• Lead and develop Venue Managers and Assistant Venue Managers, fostering a high‑performance culture.
• Analyse financial performance, control expenditures, and implement corrective actions to meet targets.
• Contribute operational insights to strategic planning and execute action plans that enhance customer experience.
• Develop, enforce and continuously improve policies, procedures and operational processes in partnership with People & Culture.
• Ensure each venue maintains a strong safety record and promptly addresses any incidents.

Required profile

• Proven experience in multi‑site operations management, preferably in hospitality or entertainment.
• Strong leadership and people‑development skills.
• Commercial acumen with a focus on KPI‑driven results.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
