Regional Manager Student Recruitment

About the role

Kaplan International Languages is seeking a dynamic Regional Manager to lead student recruitment across the MENA region, primarily focusing on Saudi Arabia and Oman. The role reports to the Regional Director and carries full responsibility for market performance and team leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sustainable growth of student recruitment through B2C pipeline development.
• Expand and manage the agency network across target territories.
• Engage with key external stakeholders to promote Kaplan pathways.
• Lead, coach, and manage a high‑performing recruitment team.
• Monitor market performance and adjust strategies in line with business objectives.
• Travel extensively throughout the region and work flexible hours as required.

Required profile

• Proven experience in international education recruitment, higher education or international marketing.
• Demonstrated line‑management experience with the ability to develop high‑performing teams.
• University degree and fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Goal‑driven, results‑oriented mindset with strong stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the MENA region.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.
