Regional Manager – Student Recruitment (MENA)

About the role

The Regional Manager (Student Recruitment) will lead the university’s student recruitment and market development across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA). Reporting to senior leadership, the role is responsible for driving enrolment growth in line with the institution’s internationalisation strategy and enhancing its brand presence throughout the region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute evidence‑based recruitment plans to meet regional enrolment targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with schools, universities, education agents, government bodies, sponsors and scholarship providers.
• Identify new partnership opportunities and oversee agent performance.
• Organise and support recruitment events, campus visits and webinars.
• Provide market intelligence, analysis and regular reporting to inform strategic decisions.
• Manage regional budgets, monitor performance metrics and ensure compliance with university policies.

Required profile

• Degree or equivalent experience in international student recruitment.
• Proven track record of achieving recruitment targets in the MENA region.
• Strong relationship‑building and stakeholder‑engagement abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of international education systems, visa requirements and cultural considerations.
