Regional Marketing Manager – Abu Dhabi

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Regional Marketing Manager to plan and execute full‑funnel marketing campaigns across assigned markets for Etihad Airways. Working from Abu Dhabi, you will coordinate brand and performance initiatives, ensuring they align with commercial goals and the airline’s premium positioning.

Key responsibilities

• Design and launch integrated marketing campaigns from awareness to conversion across paid, owned and earned channels (digital, social, sponsorships, OOH, partnerships, CRM).
• Manage timelines, assets, approvals and deployment to guarantee on‑time, on‑brand delivery.
• Serve as the primary marketing contact for each market, collaborating with Revenue & Commercial teams to align activities with demand‑generation and route performance targets.
• Oversee external agency partners, ensuring high‑quality output and adherence to brand standards.
• Track performance metrics such as reach, engagement, traffic, bookings and CPA, and provide post‑campaign analysis with optimisation recommendations.
• Travel up to 20 % of the time to build local market knowledge and relationships.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience in a consumer‑facing environment, preferably airlines or retail.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast‑paced setting.
• Commercially curious with a strong focus on ROI and performance metrics.
• Willingness to travel regularly to regional markets.
