Key responsibilities

Develop and execute regional marketing strategies to drive growth and increase brand awareness.
Conduct market research, analyze trends and provide insights to shape marketing plans.
Manage and run marketing campaigns across digital, social media and events channels.
Collaborate with sales, product and creative teams to ensure alignment and maximize impact.
Lead and develop a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and coaching.
Analyze marketing metrics, including ROI, and recommend improvements.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.

Required profile

Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing management, preferably regional or global.
Proven track record of creating and executing successful marketing strategies.
Strong understanding of segmentation, targeting and positioning principles.
Excellent leadership, communication and project management abilities.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with experience in ROI analysis.
