Regional Sales Engineer - HVAC Indirect

About the role
The Regional Sales Engineer will report to the Sales Director and focus on the HVAC product portfolio—Chillers, Air Handling Units and Fan Coil Units—across the Middle East & Africa region. Based in Dubai, you will manage French‑speaking African markets and help expand the company’s footprint.
Key responsibilities
- Develop existing distributor channels and create plans to increase sales volume and revenue.
- Generate new channel accounts, open new distributor relationships and drive sales targets.
- Convert inquiries into sales, follow up on quotations, place orders and monitor equipment delivery.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 3–5 years of direct or indirect sales experience in the HVAC industry, focusing on Chillers, AHU, or FCU.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets in the MEA region.
- Fluent in English, Arabic and French with strong communication skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel as required.
