Regional Sales Manager – Marine & Power Products

About the role

The Regional Head of Marine & Power Products will lead the growth and performance of Honda Marine & Power Products across the UAE. Reporting to senior leadership, you will shape regional strategy, ensure profitability, and deliver superior customer experience while managing both sales and after‑sales operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the regional business strategy for Marine & Power Products.
• Identify market growth opportunities across marine, power generation and battery categories.
• Monitor industry trends, customer needs and competitor activity to drive actionable insights.
• Lead and develop cross‑functional teams across the UAE, fostering technical and commercial competence.
• Provide technical guidance for customer projects and product enhancements.
• Drive revenue, market share, profitability and operational efficiency.
• Manage strategic customer relationships, negotiations and regional partnerships.
• Oversee cost control, pricing discipline and contribution margin optimization.
• Supervise inventory, supply‑chain planning and forecasting accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety and quality standards.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in power generation, marine propulsion, battery systems or energy storage.
• At least 5 years in a leadership role managing regional operations or technical‑commercial business units.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, marine technology, energy systems or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Strong commercial acumen and proven track record of profitable growth.
• Excellent leadership, communication and strategic planning skills.
