Regional Sales Manager – Middle East

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and results‑driven Regional Sales Manager for the Middle East to drive B2B wholesale sales of new and used mobile devices across the region. The role focuses on identifying and securing distributors, retail chains, resellers and trading companies purchasing mobile devices in bulk.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and onboard wholesale buyers of new and used mobile devices across the Middle East.
• Negotiate pricing, order volumes, payment terms and delivery conditions while protecting commercial margins.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to drive repeat business and customer retention.
• Monitor regional market trends, competitor activity and pricing benchmarks to support commercial decision‑making.
• Collaborate with sourcing, procurement and logistics teams to align available stock with buyer demand.
• Represent the business at regional trade shows, industry events and client meetings.
• Manage and report on the sales pipeline, closed deals, sales volumes and revenue against agreed targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales, trading or distribution experience in mobile phones, consumer electronics or telecom.
• Existing, verifiable network of wholesale buyers across the Middle East.
• Proven track record of closing high‑volume, high‑value B2B deals and achieving sales targets.
• Fluent in English; Arabic strongly preferred.
• Willingness to travel frequently across the Middle East.
