Regional Sales Manager – Services

About the role

Harvard Logistics is seeking a Regional Sales Manager – Services to lead business development and sales activities across the MENA region. The role focuses on aftermarket and brownfield opportunities within separation, oil processing, water treatment, and gas processing sectors, as well as equipment rental services.

Key responsibilities

• Gather customer information, secure financing, and place rental or purchase orders.
• Communicate upcoming equipment requirements to management.
• Assess customer equipment needs and propose suitable alternatives.
• Negotiate pricing and maximize rental rates.
• Administer rental contracts, including dates, rates, amendments, and invoicing.
• Handle equipment logistics such as pickup, delivery, inventory stocking, and basic maintenance.
• Resolve customer inquiries professionally and maintain high satisfaction.
• Support sales and marketing by prospecting, forwarding leads, and liaising on product promotions.
• Prepare weekly management reports and updates.
• Build and maintain customer relationships throughout the MENA region.
• Develop proposals and respond to client quotation requests.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales and business development within process equipment or services.
• Strong knowledge of separation, oil processing, water treatment, and gas processing technologies.
• Hands‑on experience with equipment rental cycles, from contract creation to return inspection.
• Excellent negotiation and contract administration skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams (services, projects, finance, engineering, procurement, logistics).
