Regional Security Partner – Middle East

About the role

International SOS is looking for an experienced security professional to join its Dubai office as a Regional Security Partner for the Middle East. You will be the security subject‑matter expert supporting commercial teams, driving revenue growth, and delivering high‑quality security, crisis, and resilience solutions across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Business Development Managers and Key Account Managers to identify and secure new business opportunities and upsell security consulting services.
• Act as the security expert for Workforce Resilience programs, attending client meetings to scope solutions and ensure client engagement.
• Identify and develop security consulting, crisis management, and managed‑service opportunities in collaboration with consulting practices.
• Oversee the delivery of consulting projects, including risk assessments, event security, escalation planning, site security assessments, and travel security policies.
• Represent International SOS at industry events, networking activities, and thought‑leadership initiatives to strengthen brand recognition.

Required profile

• Proven experience in security consulting, crisis management, or related fields within the Middle East.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to support business development and account growth.
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across regional teams.
