Regional Senior Manager, Engineering Services

About the role

The Regional Senior Manager, Engineering Services will provide technical leadership and oversight for engineering and facilities projects across Dubai and the Northern Emirates. This role ensures projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with all regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all facilities management activities, including maintenance, renovation, and remodeling projects.
• Lead facility‑related projects such as expansions, relocations, and upgrades, developing plans, allocating resources, and monitoring progress.
• Manage relationships with external vendors, contractors, and service providers, negotiating contracts and ensuring SLA compliance.
• Implement best practices in facilities management and ensure compliance with codes, health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Supervise planned maintenance programs and monitor project risks, applying mitigation strategies.
• Lead engineering projects within the region, prepare financial reports, forecasts, and status updates.
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and project scope requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field; Electrical or HVAC qualifications are a plus.
• 5–10 years of engineering experience in a healthcare or similar environment.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Hands‑on experience with hospital systems and crisis management at the facility level.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with project management software.
