Regional Train and Advise Lead – Middle East

About the role

We are looking for a senior Regional Train and Advise Lead to drive adoption of Anduril’s advanced air‑defence and counter‑intrusion systems across the Middle East. The role combines operational advising, contract negotiation, technical deployment, integration, training and ongoing support for regional military customers.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary subject‑matter expert for business‑development engagements, VIP demonstrations and capability evaluations throughout the region.
• Translate regional operational requirements into actionable technical solutions that accelerate product adoption and pipeline growth.
• Design, deliver and oversee comprehensive technical training programmes, including Train‑the‑Trainer courses and localized playbooks in regional languages.
• Conduct operational needs assessments, identify training gaps and develop tailored curricula for military users at all levels.
• Advise senior leadership on the strategic employment of autonomous systems, fostering partner relationships and supporting rapid deployment and integration.

Required profile

• Extensive experience operating in the Middle East with deep cultural competence and established defence networks.
• Proven track record in senior‑level advisory, business development and contract negotiation within defence or security sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to lead “train‑the‑trainer” programmes and manage large‑scale technical deployments.
• Strong diplomatic acumen and business savvy to build and sustain partner relationships.
