Regional Trainer GCC

About the role

The Regional Trainer GCC will lead the development and delivery of training programs for sales staff across the United Arab Emirates and Qatar. This role ensures that employees meet service standards, master sales techniques, and are knowledgeable about product assortments.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deliver and evaluate training sessions on service standards, sales techniques, and product knowledge.
• Provide post‑training support and follow‑up to reinforce learning.
• Conduct assessments and prepare reports on training outcomes and staff evaluations.
• Support mentors and new hires during onboarding.
• Plan career and professional development pathways for employees.
• Develop and adapt training materials to local market needs.
• Organise training events and assessment activities.

Required profile

• University degree with advanced L&D training courses.
• Minimum 3 years experience as a Training Manager or L&D Specialist, preferably in perfumery, cosmetics retail, beauty or fashion.
• Fluent in English and Russian; Arabic is a plus.
• UAE driving licence, own car and willingness to travel within UAE and Qatar.
• Strong communication, analytical and intercultural skills.

Required skills

• Knowledge of modern adult learning methodologies such as gamification, coaching and mentoring.
