Regional Training Representative (EV/ICE)

About the role

CHANGAN Automobile is seeking a Regional Training Representative specialized in electric and internal combustion engine (EV/ICE) technologies. The role will design, deliver and evaluate technical training programs for internal and external stakeholders across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop technical training programs aligned with organizational needs.
• Define course objectives and create appropriate content.
• Prepare training materials such as presentations and worksheets.
• Conduct online training sessions for groups or individuals.
• Organize and deliver on‑site training at designated training bases.
• Maintain records of course completion, attendance and issues.
• Monitor and assess training outcomes and continuously improve program effectiveness.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a technical trainer.
• Strong knowledge of EV and hybrid vehicle technologies.
• Experience designing technical courses.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• A degree in a technical field is a plus.
• Preference for candidates who are Certified Technical Trainers.
