Registered Midwife (Full-Time)

About the role

Mediclinic Middle East is seeking a Registered Midwife to join its Parkview Hospital team in Dubai. The role focuses on delivering patient‑centred, evidence‑based midwifery care across antenatal, intrapartum, and postpartum periods while ensuring compliance with professional and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality care to pregnant women, delivering babies and supporting postpartum recovery in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
• Maintain patient safety by identifying, preventing, and managing clinical risks in line with hospital policies and legislation.
• Document all nursing interventions accurately according to company standards and legal requirements.
• Foster a positive environment for patients and families, promoting a supportive and respectful experience.
• Supervise, mentor, and coach junior staff and learners to build competence within the department.
• Manage stock and equipment efficiently following Mediclinic guidelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Midwifery.
• Minimum two years recent experience in a labour and delivery unit.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Commitment to patient safety standards and ethical practice.

Required skills

• Computer literacy with Microsoft Suite.
