About the role
Dubai Medical University Hospital is expanding its nursing team and seeks experienced Registered Nurses to deliver safe, compassionate, and high‑quality patient care in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide safe and compassionate nursing care to patients.
- Monitor patient conditions and support clinical treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Collaborate with doctors and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Ensure compliance with patient safety and quality care standards.
- Support continuous improvement in clinical practices.
Required profile
- Valid DHA Registered Nurse License or eligibility.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or an equivalent recognized qualification.
- Relevant hospital‑based clinical experience (minimum 2 years).
- Strong clinical, communication, and patient‑care abilities.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Commitment to patient safety, quality, and clinical excellence.
- Arabic language proficiency is an added advantage.
