About the role

Dubai Medical University Hospital is expanding its nursing team and seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to deliver safe, compassionate, high‑quality patient care in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide safe and compassionate nursing care to patients.
• Monitor patient conditions and support clinical treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Collaborate with doctors and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Ensure compliance with patient safety and quality‑care standards.
• Support continuous improvement in clinical practices.

Required profile

• Valid DHA Registered Nurse license or eligibility.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or an equivalent recognized qualification.
• Relevant hospital‑based clinical experience.
• Strong clinical, communication and patient‑care skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to patient safety, quality and clinical excellence.
• Arabic language proficiency is an added advantage.
