Registered Nurse – Home Care (Dubai)

About the role

We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high‑quality, personalized nursing care to patients in their homes across Dubai. The role involves comprehensive clinical assessments, medication administration, and support for patients’ recovery while ensuring safety, comfort, and dignity.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, injections, IV therapy, and wound care as prescribed.
• Monitor vital signs, symptoms, and medical equipment; document changes promptly.
• Educate patients and families on disease management, medication adherence, and home safety.
• Coordinate with physicians, caregivers, and allied health professionals to ensure seamless care.
• Respond to emergencies and provide critical interventions when needed.
• Maintain compliance with infection‑control standards and DHA/MOH/DOH guidelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Diploma in Nursing.
• Valid DHA/MOH/DOH license or eligibility.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in home care or community health.
• Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS); ACLS is a plus.
• Strong communication, empathy, and ability to work independently.
